The Look: True Grit + 1970's

Fun Fact: You are not gonna believe it but these Prada shoes are gonna be 15 years old this year! They are from Prada's Fall 1996 collection. The Internet wasn't even really around then! OMG! How times have changed! It's hard to find pictures of their Fall 1996 Collection but supermodel Esther De Jong was in their campaign. She was a huge 90's model! Their collection had lots of 70's prints and color blocking. The1970's are coming back with a vengeance! It's sooo funny how fashion comes full circle, and how this collection is in again. I also just saw the movie True Grit and I LOVE anything western! Pin It Now!

As a lifelong fan of Westerns, I love this outfit--the coat is gorgeous, echoes the duster coats worn by the cowboys. Those boots have me speechless and green with envy!
